What types of information do we collect and how we use it
We only collect your name address contact phone number and e-mail address.

Yes all credit card transaction are done by WorldPay.

Payment Terms:- Full payment will be received before goods are delivered, any deposit or part payments are non-refundable
When JTPumps is supplying consumers (i.e. individuals buying for themselves rather than for a business) the shopper has the right to cancel within seven days of their contract with JTPumps, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
If the shopper does cancel their order, they will have their payment returned Please see the Returns Procedure This website can only take payments in pounds Sterling
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.
Bespoke or Special goods, done to order will be charged at full price if cancelled.

Damaged or Missing Goods
All damaged or missing goods must be reported upon delivery of goods. If goods cannot be fully inspected upon delivery, all goods must be signed for as 'UNCHECKED'. Failure to do so may result in the refusal of any claims.
An order can be cancelled prior to dispatch for a full refund minus any applicable Credit Card charges. Once the goods have been received you can return them by following the procedure below:
1.You have 7 days from receipt of goods to start this procedure.
2.Call the JTPumps sales on 0844 414 5800 and request a product return authority number and return address.
3.Pack up the goods and return them in their original packaging via a reputable carrier of your choice.
4.Once we have received the goods back we will check them for their merchantable quality and take them back into stock. If there is a problem we will call you.
5.You will receive a credit less 33% for restocking and admin charges.
6. Wrongly placed order as subject to credit less 33% for admin charges
7. All credit notes issued as only valid for one year form date of issue

We pride ourselves in giving our customers the best possible value for money but occasionally we do get undercut on specific products. To ensure you as a customer are not out of pocket we will credit the difference if within 2 days of your purchase, you find the same product (brand and model) being offered online at a lower price. Our product price guarantee applies only to products available from online UK retailers and excludes products that are not new and immediately available, online promotions such as special, bonus or free offers that are not at everyday prices and product which are sold under different terms and conditions, such as special financing, contract pricing or volume discount pricing.
To claim against our product price guarantee, email us via email@example.com include the following information:
•your full name, postal address, email address and order number
•the product code of the item you found cheaper on a competitor's site
•the exact page on the competitors website where you found the product cheaper
•also a written proof of Quote
After review and verification of your claim we will credit your account immediately.
Warranty & guarantee all come with 12 months manufactures Warranty
We guarantee the quality of workmanship and design of the submersible pumps for a period of 12 (twelve) months from date of purchase, or as otherwise agreed, provided that the routine maintenance as detailed in the relevant Instruction Manual is carried out [ Instruction Manual only sent out if more than 12 month guarantee]. This warranty shall not apply to any pump model or parts that have been repaired or altered outside of our premises or those of our approved distributors, have been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident, damaged due to defective power supply or faulty installation, or suffered damage through fair wear and tear. The limit of our liability extends to the replacement of pump or parts proved defective in accordance with the aforegoing and specifically excludes any consequential damages direct or indirect arising from such damages, labour charges or any expenses incurred will be charged accordingly and are not covered under this guarantee.
Pumps and tanks are to be off-loaded on site by others.
Pump stations are NOT suitable for pumping sanitary products, rags, cloths or any material that is not bio-degradable.
Pumps should not be left in the pump chamber after installation if the pump station is to remain unused for any length of time. Moisture ingress may occur causing motor burn out on start up.
Payment terms - on Invoice . All goods remain the property of JTPumps Ltd until payment in full has been received and funds are cleared in JTPumps account.
