The JTSingle Rigged is a pre-assembled ready for use automatic pump station particularly suitable when the water from drains is collected at lower than the main sewer.

The standard pumping station consists of Heavy duty macerator submersible pump which cuts down to 5-8mm solid handling for peace of mind and free passage through the pipe

Pump Features

Heavy duty submersible sewage cutter (Macerator) impeller pumps allowing soft solids to be passed through the pump body to waste.
Single channel tungsten carbide tipped impeller capable of cutting soft organic solids
Cutting impeller had higher head then vortex impeller
Supplied as a free standing pump. Guide rails available for some models
Cast iron pump body, impeller, lower motor bearing/seal housing and motor top cover.
Stainless steel shaft and motor casing.
Twin mechanical seals, the lower seal is made of silicon carbide and the upper seal carbon/ceramic.
An extra lip seal is installed to help prevent abrasives such as sand, dirt and silt from entering the seal chamber.
Complete with 10 metres of power cable.
