Complete wastewater pumping unit for installation at floor level, and fitted with a submersible Hot Water pump complete with 10M of cable.
This lifting station is suitable for the removal of high temperature liquids up to 90 degrees Celsius, containing solid particles up to 30 mm, from domestic and commercial appliances such as dishwashers and washing machines located below the sewer level, in accordance with EN 12050-2.
The compact chamber is ideal for accepting waste from utility sinks, commercial dishwashers, tea points or similar. Utilising ‘OpenFlow’ impellor technology the pump discharges through small bore pipe work for installation through busy service voids and roof spaces. Also suitable for drain down or emergency overflow of heating systems.

Tank
Synthetic, corrosion-resistant, gas- and odour-tight tank, in accordance with EN 12050-2. Supplied as standard with pump, automatic level control and non-return valve.
The system consists of a sealed GRP chamber, internal pipe work and fittings, automatic ‘OpenFlow’ high temperature submersible pump and solvent weld outlet connection.
The JT105HOT is easy to install as inlets can be drilled to suit site requirements
