How do I make a purchase from your website?
Purchasing from us could not be easier
Step 1: Browse our website and add item to basket, from the basket you will have the option to continue shopping, update items and go to checkout.
Step 2: Carry on browsing adding as many items as you wish to basket, you can check items you have added by clicking the "view basket" link at top of page, from here you can also remove items.
Step 3: Once you are happy with items you have picked, you can now go through the payments process by clicking "checkout" link at top of page.
Step 4: Checkout, here you will need to enter shipping and contact details, you can also choose your payment preference. You will then be forwarded to a secure site for payment details.
Step 5: You will receive email confirmation of order and payment; we will then contact you via email for expected delivery date.

How do I know it is safe to order online?
When your credit card is used to make purchases over the Internet through our shopping basket, the information is encrypted using the latest 128 bit encryption. Is there a minimum order?
At the moment, there is no minimum order.

Do you charge for delivery?
Yes, we add shipping to all orders
Shipping is worked out on Type of system ordered - please see delivery and returns

Can I see the prices in my own currency?
We only list sell products in GBP

Can I pay by credit or debit card?
Yes, we accept most major cards including Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro etc.

What other payment methods do you accept?
UK customers can also pay by cheque and Bank transfer
For large or regular orders, please contact us to arrange payment methods/accounts.

What if I still prefer not to send my card details online?

Will you keep my details private?
JTPumps never disclose customer information to any third parties. We may, in the future, occasionally send site update information and follow up product news.
We only keep contact details for customer purposes; no CC transaction details are stored on our server.
