Delivery Times
Deliveries will be within 5 to 7 working days of placement of order unless advised otherwise. We try to do next day delivery if order Monday to Thursday Order before 11.30am

When we supply goods we reserve the right to supply alternative equal component equipment should specified products not be available.

Failed Deliveries  if we can not deliver Due to no one being on site to Sign for goods any re-delivery costs will be met by you

It is the purchases responsibility to notify JTPumps before ordering [failure to do so may result in further charges]

With MDPE pipe & fittings please ensure that the correct quantity is ordered, as once dispatched and received on site. The manufacturers will not take this back into stock. This is due to them not being able to guarantee the integrity of the pipe for re sale. As a consequence, JTPumps Limited will not accept the return of any MDPE pipe or fittings including any extra fitting to pumping station tanks i.e lid & Frames + riser etc.

Damaged Goods
All damages must be reported upon delivery of goods. If goods cannot be fully inspected upon delivery, all goods must be signed for as 'UNCHECKED'. Failure to do so may result in the refusal of any claims.
Returns Procedure
An order can be cancelled prior to dispatch for a full refund minus any applicable Credit Card charges. Once the goods have been received you can return them by following the procedure below:
1.You have 3 days from receipt of goods to start this procedure.
2.Call the JT Pumps sales on 0844 414 5800 and request a product return authority number and return address.
3.Pack up the goods and return them in their original packaging via a reputable carrier of your choice.
4.Once we have received the goods back we will check them for their merchantable quality and take them back into stock. If there is a problem we will call you.
5.You will receive a credit less 33% for restocking + admin charges
6. Wrongly placed order as subject to credit less 33% for admin charges
7. All credit notes issued as only valid for one year form date of issue
8. Business to Business purchase orders cancellation subject to 33% restocking & or admin charges
